How are we trying to make our world better? Well we made a list.

Lists are such handy tools. But we felt like they could do so much more than simply remind us of groceries to pick up or shopping items to buy.

Our Never Ending list is made from lots of little and not-so-little promises to help make the world we live in even better. And when you add all those promises together, it equals something big and noticeable.

Why did we make a list in the first place? Because, frankly, we have a big job to do. If we all want to keep our planet happy and healthy, we simply have to treat both our planet and people better. If you think this sounds ambitious for a global company, it shouldn’t. It’s simply the right thing to do. It’s also a never-ending job. Which is why we created a Never Ending list.

Our list is not just a record of the nice things we do. It’s our pledge. Our word. Our pinky swear. So we have ways to make sure we keep setting and meeting our goals, like Key Performance Indicators and partners such as Tree Canada and UNICEF.

Since no single action or product can bring about the change that’s needed, we really aim to make the most out of every step along the way. From raw materials all the way to the end of the life cycle. It’s about our products. Who makes them. Where they come from. And even how we ask you to buy them. Once one thing gets crossed off, it’s immediately time to focus on the next. It’s how we keep ourselves accountable, and why this particular list never ends. After all, you can never do too much for a sustainable future.

Our work on the Never Ending list has already begun. And we invite you to learn about the improvements we’ve been making along the way… as well as some things you can do yourself. In fact, just by reading this, you’re off to a good start.
